Enguard Contractors is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee and drive field operations across various projects. We’re looking for a leader who values quality craftsmanship, job site safety, and strong communication.
What You’ll Do:
– Oversee day-to-day job site operations and ensure projects stay on schedule
– Supervise crews, foremen, and subcontractors across multiple trades
– Read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction schedules
– Coordinate inspections, materials, and subcontractor workflow
– Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized job site
– Serve as the primary field contact for Project Managers and clients
– Track progress, identify issues early, and implement solutions
What You Bring:
– 5+ years of commercial construction experience, with 2+ years in a superintendent or senior leadership role
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively
– Experience in tenant improvements, demo, framing, concrete, and finish work
– Ability to read plans and manage project timelines independently
– Reliable transportation and strong problem-solving skills
– Veteran status is a plus — we value leadership and field experience
