Account Executive – Commercial Construction

Location: Colorado (Denver-based, hybrid with travel to job sites and client offices)
Type: Full-Time | Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000 Base + Commission

Enguard Contractors is expanding and we’re looking for a sharp, motivated Account Executive who thrives on uncovering new opportunities, building trust with commercial clients, and delivering real solutions that make construction easier and more efficient. If you love building relationships, winning projects, and helping owners solve problems before they arise, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify, pursue, and close new construction projects (tenant improvement, commercial remodels, service scopes)
  • Manage pre-construction process: estimating, proposals, bid submissions, and contracts
  • Serve as the client’s primary contact from bid through closeout
  • Collaborate with field teams to ensure smooth handoff and execution
  • Track leads, deals, and forecasts in CRM

 

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of construction sales, estimating, or project management experience
  • Strong knowledge of commercial scopes, schedules, and client expectations
  • Excellent communication and follow-through skills
  • You’re resourceful, gritty, and relentlessly curious, and you take the initiative and finish what you start

Foreman –
Commercial Construction

Location: Colorado Front Range (job sites vary)
Type: Full-Time | Pay: $30–$38/hr (based on experience) + Overtime + Benefits

We’re seeking a working Foreman to lead boots-on-the-ground operations for tenant improvements, demo, commercial buildouts, and more. At Enguard Contractors, we care about quality, safety, and communication. and we want a foreman who does too.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead a small crew on-site, assigning tasks and ensuring daily progress
  • Read and interpret plans, schedules, and scope documentation
  • Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and materials
  • Maintain site safety and enforce best practices
  • Communicate daily with PM or Service Manager for updates

 

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of construction field experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
  • Ability to motivate crews and hit timelines
  • Skilled in concrete, demo, finish work, framing, trim, and commercial buildouts
  • Reliable transportation and basic tools
  • Veteran status is a Plus. We love hiring vets with leadership and field experience

Laborer –
Commercial Construction

Location: Job sites across the Denver Metro and surrounding areas
Type: Full-Time | Pay: $20–$27/hr based on experience

We’re hiring reliable Construction Laborers who want to grow with a company that rewards hustle, safety, and teamwork. If you’re dependable, show up on time, and are ready to work, Enguard Contractors wants to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist crews with demolition, clean-up, material handling, and general labor
  • Use hand tools, lift materials, and follow safety procedures
  • Load and unload trucks, maintain a clean site
  • Work under the direction of a foreman or lead

 

What You Bring:

  • 6+ months of construction or general labor experience preferred (but not required)
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for 8–10 hours
  • Team mindset, you’re respectful and dependable
  • Driver’s license and reliable transportation
