The facility’s east parking lot did not meet Amazon’s safety and accessibility standards. Upgrades were needed to improve ADA compliance, pedestrian safety, and overall lot condition.
Working with City and County-engineered guidelines, our team removed and installed 67 ADA-compliant ramps with truncated domes, added new speed bumps, and completed crosswalk striping. We also applied crack sealant to reduce the risk of slips, trips, and falls. This project required extensive concrete work, custom forms, skilled finishers, large-scale material haul-off, and precise logistical coordination. We saw cut and removed outdated doors, frames, and windows, we constructed a new CMU wall and primered/painted in prep for final add ons by others.
A fully upgraded parking lot that meets Amazon’s strict safety standards, enhances accessibility, and provides a safer environment for employees and visitors.
