UPS Facility – Denver International Airport, CO (Plumbing)

Challenge:

Frequent drain backups in the onsite mechanic shop were causing foul odors and disrupting day-to-day operations—leaving the facility partially non-functional.

Our Solution:

We located the compromised drain line using camera scoping and depth assessment, then developed a full replacement plan. Our team marked the route, saw-cut and removed 200 linear feet of concrete, excavated the damaged line, installed a new properly bedded line, and backfilled with full compaction. We then prepped and poured a clean, durable new shop floor.

Outcome:

The facility now has a fully functional drainage system with no odor or backup issues—restoring operational reliability and improving working conditions
