The aging facility was experiencing widespread water intrusion during storms, putting interior areas at risk.
After assessing the building envelope, we identified failing joint caulking throughout the exterior. Our team removed all degraded sealant and recaulked every joint using high-performance, color-matched material to restore a proper weather seal. While onsite, we also reconstructed the main valley entryway, giving it a clean, refreshed appearance and improved durability.
The building is now fully sealed against the elements, and the upgraded main entry creates a strong first impression for patients and visitors alike.
